Wrong item sent
Must report within 48 hours of delivery
Not Eligible:
Minor color or texture variations (due to photography/screen settings)
Product damaged due to customer mishandling
Custom or personalized products
Return Window:
Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Refund Process:
Refund will be processed via bank transfer or replacement (as per case).
Refunds may take 3–5 working days after approval.
