Return & Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction and offer returns under certain conditions.

 Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item sent

  • Must report within 48 hours of delivery

 Not Eligible:

  • Minor color or texture variations (due to photography/screen settings)

  • Product damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Custom or personalized products

Return Window:

  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

 Refund Process:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or replacement (as per case).

  • Refunds may take 3–5 working days after approval.
