Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes!
We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan, including major and remote areas. Our trusted courier partners ensure timely and safe delivery to your doorstep.

How much are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 per order, regardless of location or order size.

 What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across Pakistan

  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (on special/custom orders)

We are working on adding secure online payment gateways soon.

 How long does delivery take?

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–5 working days (depending on your location)

During peak seasons or holidays, delivery might take a little longer, but we’ll always inform you.

 Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order is processed and sent for delivery, so changes may not be possible.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re very sorry if that happens!

If your product arrives:

  • Broken or damaged

  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Then please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send us pictures of the item and packaging

We’ll either replace the item or refund your amount, depending on the situation.

 Do you offer customized or personalized products?

Yes!
We can create custom designs or text-based artwork according to your requirements. Whether it’s a special gift, Islamic calligraphy, or a name frame – we’ll make it for you.

Custom orders may take additional time to prepare. Pre-payment might be required.

11. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, we offer bulk pricing for:

  • Home decorators

  • Event planners

  • Interior designers

  • Corporate gifts

If you need 10 or more pieces, please contact us for a custom quote.

12. Is my personal information safe with you?

Absolutely. We do not share, sell, or misuse your information. Your name, number, address, and email are used only for order processing and shipping. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

We also have a physical store where you can visit and explore our wooden home décor collection in person. You can see the quality of our products before buying and even place custom orders on the spot.

 

16. What if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?

If you’re unavailable, the courier may attempt to contact you. If delivery fails:

  • The courier may try again the next working day

  • Or you may collect the parcel from their nearest office

Always keep your phone active once your order is out for delivery.
